The Ritual
- Prepare the skin using a dry brush in long sweeping motions beginning at the end of each appendage, moving towards heart center.
- Pour desired amount of body oil into the palm of your hands and apply lovingly to all of your body parts. Step into a steaming bath or shower and continue to massage these beautiful botanicals deep into the skin, releasing trapped toxins and hydrating the whole being.
- Do not use soap to remove. Simply pat the skin dry with a soft towel, leaving a light layer of oils behind to protect and nourish the skin.
- Apply another light layer of oil if desired.
