Artisan Hydrosol

Known as the “Sacred Herb” of the Southwest, Yerba Santa has been cherished for generations as a plant of resilience, openness, and remembrance. Our Yerba Santa Flower & Leaf Wild Water is distilled from both the fragrant blossoms and silvery leaves, creating a hydrosol that captures the full spirit of this remarkable desert ally.

Its aroma is green, resinous, and softly floral—sun-warmed botanicals carried on the wind after rain.

Through the gentle transformation of steam and pure spring water, Yerba Santa offers a refreshing botanical mist that nourishes the skin while inviting a sense of emotional spaciousness. Traditionally associated with the heart and lungs, the plant has long been regarded as a companion for releasing old burdens and welcoming a deeper breath into both body and spirit.

Mist generously over the face, chest, linens, or throughout your environment. Use before meditation, during moments of reflection, or anytime you wish to reconnect with your own wild and untamed nature.

This is desert alchemy in its most delicate form—a fleeting season of blossoms and leaves preserved in water.

Like all Wild Waters, it is handcrafted in small batches and distilled with reverence for the land from which it comes.

Seasonal. Wildcrafted. Available for a limited time.

Our Wild Water is a true hydrosol, which is a physical manifestation of alchemy – a substance of transformation. The process touches all five elements. As plant material harvested from the Earth is placed inside a copper alembic still it is then mixed with fresh spring Water and heated by Fire which transforms it into vapor (Air & Ether). This vapor condensed down into a beautiful aromatic hydrosol.

ARTISAN FORMULA: Wild Yerba Santa leaves distilled in pure spring water. We added a splash of colloidal silver to extend the shelf-life.

This Wild Water is best used within 12 months of purchase. Refrigeration extends its shelf-life. Always store in a cool place.

The Ritual

This is the water element in your skincare ritual, amplifying the effectiveness of both your cleansing and restoration formulas. A light coating of Wild Waters brings instant refreshment and renewal to the skin. It is particularly apt at eliminating dullness and stagnation that leads to dry, dehydrated skin.

After cleansing, apply a light layer of Wild Water over the face, neck and body as desired. Use the fingertips in light upward sweeping motions to stimulate absorption. Just before it dries, apply your facial oil and body oil. Finish with another light application of Wild Water. Applying oils to slightly moist skin creates a nutrient delivery system that allows both fats and water-soluble vitamins to penetrate deep into the skin. You will notice the difference immediately.

Use throughout the day to uplift the spirit, mood, skin, and hair.

All good things are wild and free.
